The company started in 1949 as a manufacturer of waggons for tractors with its own manufacturing of telescope cylinders and a type of handpumps. In the middle of fifties the manufacturing changed to tippers for lorries, which was the main activity until 1967.
The sales of components as hydraulic hose, fittings, seals, valves started in 1961 and became the main direction from 1967. A few years later the company name was changed to AMAB Hydraul AB and got the present ownership.
The last couple of years have been a period of changes when some colleagues since many years, who have been among those that started and developed the company, have retired with pension and been replaced with new younger persons.
A few years ago we introduced a new range of hydraulic hoses "MASTER LINE" in which the main product Rockmaster has become a great succes and influenced the Swedish market for hydraulic hoses. As a result of the introduction of "Master Line" AMAB Hydraul AB was 2003 appointed as the distributor of the year by Manuli Rubber Industries.. We will in our best ability continue to develop basic principles in our philosophy  high service level, quality products, competent staff and a long term co-operation with well established manufacturers.
The resources for hose assembling have been enlarged to meet the increasing demands of OEM customers.
